What digital delivery usually means
The product page describes immediate digital access. That may mean a download link, a member area, or an email containing instructions. The order confirmation should tell you which route applies.
Make the first download easier
Use a stable internet connection, keep the original email, and store the file in a folder you can find later. If you use a phone, check that there is enough storage and that the file can play in your preferred audio app.
If nothing arrives
Search for the product name, seller, and payment processor. Check spam and promotions. Then use the support link in the confirmation. Do not send card details to a third-party review site claiming to help.
Access is not evidence
A smooth download tells you that the transaction worked. It does not tell you whether the audio produces the cognitive effect suggested by the sales page. Keep those questions separate.
