Save the essentials
Keep the order number, date, amount, purchase email, access email, and the exact support address. If the product page displayed a guarantee, save a copy of that wording too.
Write a simple request
State the product name, order number, purchase date, and that you are requesting a refund under the applicable terms. Avoid sending full card numbers or unnecessary health information.
Use the correct support route
Follow the seller or payment processor instructions. This publication cannot process a refund. If you purchased through a tracked link, the affiliate publisher still cannot approve the request.
